Terms of Service

By booking a lesson with Backbeat Drum Lessons (trading as Backbeat Drums), you agree to the terms below.

Bookings and payment

Lessons are booked in advance and paid prior to the session, by bank transfer or card. Block bookings (e.g. the Performance Bundle) are non-refundable but may be rescheduled within the validity window.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged at 50% of the session rate. No-shows are charged at the full rate.

Safeguarding

The instructor is DBS-checked. Parents and guardians are welcome to remain on site during lessons for students under 18.

Studio conduct

Students are expected to treat equipment with care. Accidental damage is not chargeable. Wilful damage is chargeable at replacement cost.

Liability

Backbeat Drums is not liable for personal items left unattended in the studio. All electrical equipment is PAT-tested annually.
