About Me
Hi, I’m Billy, a drummer and drum teacher based in Leeds. I’ve been playing for over 16 years and I’m a graduate of Leeds Conservatoire.
I’ve been teaching drums for the past 4 years, working with students of all ages and abilities. I’ve also played in a variety of bands and projects, which has given me a broad understanding of different musical styles and approaches.
My lessons are practical, relaxed, and tailored to each student’s goals — whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to build on your existing experience. I teach a range of styles including rock, pop, funk, and jazz, and can also cover music theory to help you understand how everything fits together.
My aim is to make learning drums clear, enjoyable, and rewarding, while helping you become a more confident and versatile player.
