No, we have everything covered in our professional studio. If you do have your own drum sticks or books please bring them.

Reccomendations for how long your lessons should be (30 mins, 45 mins or 1 hour) are based on your age and ability. Check the pricing list linked below. There is absolutely no obligation to continue after your first lesson, so its definitely worth giving it a try to see how you get on.

You can start learning the drums from any age! A good reccomendation for younger learners is from key stage 2 upwards. For older generations it is never too late to start drum lessons.

This is up to you, It is not a requirement to take your grade exams but I'm happy to work on them and have lots of experience teaching grades from Initial through to Grade 8.

Beginners will definitely benefit from regular lessons either once a week or once a fortnight. More seasoned drummers may prefer one off lessons that are slightly longer in length.

The lesson will always be tailored to the individual. All drummers will be given a good foundation of fundamental drumming skills and music theory.  Every student is unique and I enjoy finding out what works for each student. The main goal is to make the lessons fun and enjoyable and to help you achieve your drumming goals.
